How it works

Choose your mattress, divan or ottoman bed with the size, storage and fabric you want, then head to checkout.
2. Pick Klarna or Clearpay
At the payment step, select Klarna or Clearpay instead of paying the full amount by card.
3. Get an instant decision
Enter a few details with your chosen provider. Approval takes seconds and there is no paperwork to post.
4. We start your order
As soon as your plan is approved your order is confirmed and enters production on our normal delivery timescale.
Finance questions
How much can I spend?
Klarna and Clearpay each set your available spend based on their own checks, and it can vary between orders. If your basket is above your limit you can lower the order value or pay the balance by card instead.
Will using buy now pay later affect my credit score?
Klarna Pay in 3 and Clearpay Pay in 4 use a soft eligibility check that does not affect your credit score. Missed payments may be reported by the provider, so only spread the cost if you are confident you can keep up the instalments.
Who do I contact about my payments?
Your payment plan is held with Klarna or Clearpay directly, so contact them through their app or website for anything about dates, amounts or payment methods. For anything about your bed, delivery or a return, contact our team.
What happens if I return my order?
Once we have received and accepted your return, we refund through the same provider and they adjust or cancel your remaining instalments. Refund timings follow our returns and delivery policy.
Are all products eligible?
Yes. Every mattress, divan bed, ottoman bed and headboard on our site can be paid for with Klarna or Clearpay, subject to their eligibility checks.
Klarna and Clearpay are independent payment providers. Instalment plans are provided by and agreed directly with them, are subject to their own eligibility checks and terms, and are not credit agreements arranged by MattressBeds. Missed payments may affect your ability to use their services in future. Please spread the cost only if you are confident you can keep up the instalments.
