Every bed and mattress is delivered free across mainland UK. We also offer room-of-choice delivery and assembly so your new bed is ready to sleep on.
Free mainland UK delivery
All orders over £100 qualify for free standard delivery to mainland UK addresses. Smaller items are sent via a tracked courier service.
Made to order
Because every bed and mattress is handmade in our UK workshop, most orders are ready for dispatch within 5–10 working days.
Room of choice
Our two-person delivery team brings your bed into the room of your choice, unpacks it and removes the packaging for recycling.
Optional assembly
Add assembly at checkout and our team will put the bed together, fit the headboard if ordered, and make sure everything is level and ready to use.
Old mattress removal
We can collect and recycle your old mattress or bed base at the same time as delivery. Select this option during checkout where available.
Track your order
Once your order is dispatched you will receive tracking details by email and SMS so you know exactly when to expect us.

Order confirmation
You will receive an order confirmation email within minutes of checkout with your order number and summary.
Crafting your bed
Your bed or mattress is built to order in our UK workshop. This typically takes 5–10 working days depending on the model and fabric choice.
Dispatch notification
Once ready, we book your delivery and send tracking details with an estimated arrival window.
Delivery day
Our team arrives within the agreed window, delivers to your room of choice, and carries out assembly and removal if selected.

Delivery & shipping policy
Order cut-off times
Orders placed before 12:00 noon (Monday–Friday) are processed the same working day. Orders placed after 12:00 noon, at weekends, or on UK bank holidays are processed on the next working day.
Weekend & bank holiday deliveries
Standard deliveries are made Monday–Friday, excluding bank holidays. Saturday deliveries may be available in some areas for an additional charge — contact us after placing your order to arrange.
Acceptance & signatures
All deliveries must be accepted and signed for by an adult aged 18 or over. Please inspect your order before signing. Any visible damage must be noted on the delivery paperwork at the time of delivery.
Failed deliveries
If nobody is available to sign, or the delivery address cannot be accessed, a re-delivery charge may apply. You can reschedule free of charge with at least 24 hours’ notice.
Delivery areas
Free delivery applies to mainland UK. Deliveries to Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands & Islands, Isle of Man, Isles of Scilly and Channel Islands may take longer and may incur a surcharge — please contact us for a quote.
Access requirements
Ensure we can reach the delivery room. If stairs, lifts or narrow doorways may affect delivery, tell us when booking your date so we can bring the right team and equipment.

Do you deliver outside mainland UK?
We currently deliver across mainland UK. Deliveries to Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands and Islands, Isle of Man and Channel Islands may incur an additional charge and take a little longer — please contact us for a quote.
Can I choose a delivery date?
Yes. Once your order is ready to dispatch we will contact you to arrange a convenient delivery date and time window.
What if I am not home?
Somebody aged 18 or over must be present to accept delivery and sign for the order. If you cannot be in, please reschedule at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a re-delivery charge.
Do you deliver on weekends?
Our standard service is Monday–Friday, excluding bank holidays. Saturday delivery may be possible in some areas for an extra fee — contact us after checkout to book.
What is the latest I can order for same-day processing?
Orders placed before 12:00 noon Monday–Friday begin processing the same day. Orders after noon are processed the next working day.
Do I need to assemble the bed myself?
No. We offer an assembly service at checkout. If you prefer to assemble yourself, divan beds are straightforward and instructions are included.
How is a mattress delivered?
Mattresses are delivered rolled or flat depending on the model, fully sealed in protective packaging to keep them clean during transit.
